To book an appointment please fill out the form below. A deposit is not required at the time of a request, but will be required at the time of scheduling.

All appointments require a 100-dollar non-refundable deposit which will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo. Please allow for up to a week for a response!

I acknowledge artist rate of 175/hour. I understand that the artist can only provide rough estimates for work performed and agree to let the artist know if I am working within a specific budget.

I understand that a "no-call, no-show" will result in forfeiture of my deposit, and that more than one of these occurances will result in me no longer being able to book with the artist.
